1.1.1 You must purchase a license to use Kitamor Studios services.
1.1.2 License includes 1 use on one device (registered to IP address). For use on multiple devices, you must contact support and purchase additional licenses if necessary.
1.1.3 There are no restrictions on license changes, but a separate license is required for each device.

1.2 License Terms of Use

1.2.1 When using a licensed product, it is imperative not to remove the license system from the product hosting the license. Otherwise, services may not work.
1.2.2 This agreement must be read and accepted prior to license use.

2. USING AN ACCOUNT

2.1 Creating an Account

2.1.1 Kitamor Studios uses an intermediary application/integration to create an account. This integration allows you to create an account.
2.1.2 Account accessibility is not provided by Kitamor Studios; therefore, account security is the responsibility of the user.

2.2 Account Liability

2.2.1 If you are unable to access your account, no adjustments will be made to the licenses or account, except in exceptional circumstances (at Kitamor Studios's discretion).

3. RETURN POLICY

3.1 Digital Products

3.1.1 Digital products cannot be returned as they are activated at the time of acquisition.

4. SUPPORT POLICY

4.1 Support

4.1.1 Kitamor Studios provides support only for products licensed or developed by Kitamor Studios. Support is not provided for integrations not added by Kitamor Studios.

5. RESTRICTIONS

5.1 Malicious Conduct

5.1.1 Unfounded defamation, libel or malicious conduct about Kitamor Studios services or brand may result in criminal action.
6. ACCOUNT/LICENSE TERMINATION
